Mark Jones is the newest member of the team, joining ALX in July 2023. He possesses a wealth of knowledge accrued from his 25+ years of L&D sector experience, having worked for numerous FTSE 500 organisations globally, within sectors such as healthcare, insurance, software, construction, telecomms, retail, and manufacturing. Having an artistic and creative flare for all things training, he assists the team at ALX to develop and deliver high-quality digital content, consulting, and solutions to our ALX clients.

A highly experienced trainer, Roz delivers a variety of our courses, covering the Office Suite, Office 365, iManage, and Manage Your Inbox, as well as bespoke software such as PlainSail and end-user sessions on telephone systems. Roz has a supportive and friendly demeanour, ensuring attendees feel enlightened and positive about their learning upon completion of the course.
Roz is our eLearning specialist and voice-over artist, creating bespoke instructional videos using Adobe Captivate. Working closely with our clients, she ensures the content, script, and screen capture are in line with our customer requirements. She is currently learning GOMO in order to offer further diversity in this area.

Over the years, Alex has been involved in countless migrations, system updates, and the implementation of new processes and ways of working, all of which have required unique approaches to engaging with end-users to help change behaviours.
As of late 2022, Alex has stepped down from the leadership of ALX to pursue other charitable interests, remaining an integral part of the team as a software trainer and consultant.
