Microsoft Teams is a fantastic collaborative tool which allows users to streamline their day to day work activities.  Teams can be used to host instant or scheduled meetings (both audio and visual), share screens, have 1:1 chats with your colleagues or group chats, find out availability and contact information for colleagues and create, edit and share documents.

We provide various courses on Teams, including short courses on using teams remotely.  See below for more information.  These courses can be delivered either online or via face-to-face training.  Please note these courses cannot be delivered using both methods simultaneously.

We also provide a more in depth exploration of Microsoft Teams.  See below for more information.  At this course, you will learn how to use Microsoft Teams to communicate with colleagues efficiently and securely while reducing internal email traffic.  You will be able to schedule online meetings and use the collaborative applications to improve group work and projects.  See below for more information.
