Microsoft Teams is a fantastic collaborative tool that allows us to streamline day-to-day work activities.  Teams can be used to host instant or scheduled meetings, share screens, have 1:1 chats with your colleagues or find out availability and contact information for colleagues, and create, edit, and share documents.

ALX provides various courses on Teams, including 3 short courses on using Teams effectively for documents and communication and using it like a pro (see links below for more details).

Planning workshops are ideal for planning Microsoft Teams deployments before you migrate your organisation to it, making sure you feel confident and prepared.

Courses can be delivered either online or via face-to-face training.  Please note that courses cannot be delivered using both methods simultaneously.
