Alex has over 14 years teaching experience and a post-graduate diploma in Adult Education. In addition, she is a qualified Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor, a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a Professional Member of the British Computer Society.

A highly experienced trainer, Roz primarily delivers the Intro to IT and Refresher IT courses for the Back to Work Schemes. Based in Guernsey, Susan is a Microsoft Office Specialist Expert, Certified Technical Trainer and Certified Training Practitioner who focuses on the delivery of engaging courses that clients are able to rapidly put into practice.
Susan specialises in training for VBA, Macros and Excel but with her wide-ranging technical experience and qualifications, is able to train in a number of areas including SQL, Crystal Reports / Business Objects, Cognos & Microsoft Project.
Our training centre is in Hilary House on Hilary Street in St Helier.

Heading from the Cows at West Centre
Walk along Peter St, away from the statue of the cows, turn right into Hilary St and you'll see Hilary House a couple of doors up on the left.
Heading from La Motte Street
Take the road between BNP Paribas and the multi-coloured building on your right. You'll find us on the right-hand side towards the end of Hilary Street.
Once you arrive, come straight into reception and we'll show you to your training room.
